Why Low Calorie Is Not A Successful Weight Loss Method

In countries suffering from starvation, obesity is not a problem in many developing countries where poverty is the norm, it is common to see mothers carrying overweight children suffering from malnutrition in NGO medical clinics.

Studies have shown that this is true in South America, the islands of the Pacific and the Caribbean. Not that mothers are greedy, but rich in carbohydrates makes eating fat and sick children.

In the developed world, food a broken message has been eating less and doing more exercise. Of course, you can lose weight if you are starving hungry and strolling while dreaming of food, but how long.

If you eat a diet of 2000 calories a day and drops to 1500 in the very short term weight you are lost but soon your metabolism is up to 1500 and weight loss stops. Studies have shown that this can occur in as little as 800 calories diet.

All business weight loss systems depend on short-term loss to keep customers paying for programs or food. Then they hung over the hope of continuing to lose and the belief that your problem is not to stick to the program properly.

The largest low-calorie company in the world, Weight Watchers, the magazine of choice has a 2% success rate in two years, which is lower than what you expect if people do not join a group of all.

The low success rate occurs for several reasons.

Means the low-fat extra carbohydrate program is used instead, which in turn become fat by insulin.
Artificial sweeteners are used in some products instead of sugar, but as shown by modern research, these sweeteners cause food cravings, weight gain and type 2 diabetes.

They assume that all calories are equal. So, you can use your points to eat vegetables or chocolate brownies, which can make your customers feel better, but is nutritional madness!

Of course, there are many companies of this type and model delivered food is no different. I know a lot of people who have a freezer full of low-calorie meals. It is well known that most people are slow to cancel any membership.

As long as persist with the low-calorie model will be hungry and disappointed, you lose weight and gain all back again and again.
